The Director of Hospitality & Culinary Operations oversees all guest-facing hospitality and culinary services across designated King Aerospace locations. This role ensures a seamless, professional, and high-touch experience aligned with King Aerospace’s VIP service standards. Responsibilities include management of hospitality operations, restaurant operations (Jake’s Joint at the KACC facility), executive dining services, catering coordination, facility presentation, and private event execution. The position provides operational oversight at KA Ardmore, KA Arkansas, KA San Antonio, El Lobo Ranch, the Home Office (Addison), and the Chairman’s residence, ensuring service excellence, financial accountability, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency.
