About The Position

A well-established hospital located near Onalaska, Wisconsin, is seeking a Director of Hospice and Palliative Care to join its team. Requirements

Must have at least 3 years of management experience in Hospice or Home Health, or a master's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, with 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

Oversee all operations, focusing on quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial health, and staff management for terminally ill patients
Drive performance improvement, monitor data, conduct staff meetings, and implement best practices
Collaborate with Nursing Directors, management members, nursing staff, and other clinical teams to provide high-quality patient care.
