About The Position

The Director of Home Health Care is responsible for direction of patient care in the operative environment. Oversees the entire operation of the agency and is responsible for reporting to the Board of Trustees. Responsibility includes ensuring quality and safe delivery of home health care services. The Director coordinates provision of home health care services that reflect the agency philosophy and standards of care. Agency services, programs and activities are planned, developed, implemented, and evaluated.

Requirements

  • Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Home Health RN required.
  • Current knowledge of regulatory standards for home health agencies.
  • Minimum of two years supervisory/management experience in Home Health required.
  • Current BLS.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

  • A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $101,566 to $137,321 on an annualized basis.
  • The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
