About The Position
Ebenezer is looking for a Director of Health Services - RN to join our senior living team at Willows Bend in Fridley, MN! This position is responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of the provision of nursing services while ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence. This position is ultimately responsible for 24/7 oversight of nursing operations and care. This Nursing Leadership schedule includes; 80 hours every two weeks Full time; Day shift Willows Bend Senior Living offers 136 beautifully designed apartment homes and amenities that encourage an engaging, active lifestyle for older adults, which comes with the peace of mind knowing supportive services and care by Ebenezer is available should your needs change. We will be offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Located along bustling University Ave in Fridley, MN near 694 interchange and adjacent to the M Health Fairview Fridley Clinic, getting to work couldn’t be easier due to the convenience of being located right on the bus line and near the Northstar light rail station! Willows Bend Senior Living is developed by Ivy Properties and United Properties, and is managed by Ebenezer, an experienced provider of residential and health care environments since 1917.
Requirements
- Vocational School or Training or Associate Degree
- 1 year of previous experience
- Registered Nurse with the MN Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc, Red Cross or MTN) Upon Hire
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of previous experience
Responsibilities
- Oversees Resident Centered Care
- Ensures Clinical Compliance
- Manages nursing department budget
- Provides leadership and general oversight of the nursing department
- Leads and/or Performs Coordination of Resident Care
- Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
