The Director of Health Services RN serves as a key culture-setter for our new Signature Memory Care community, leading with compassion, clarity, and a commitment to excellence. This leader models exceptional communication, guiding and empowering a care team that deeply understands the unique needs of individuals living with dementia. With a continuous-learning mindset, the Director fosters professional growth, encourages evidence-based practice, and ensures that individualized, person-centered care remains at the heart of our work. They play a vital role in educating and supporting families through the dementia journey, creating trusting partnerships that enhance resident well-being. As a foundational member of the community, the Director of Health Services will shape a culture defined by teamwork, holistic care, and a shared dedication to meaningful moments and exceptional experiences. The nursing schedule includes; 80 hours every two weeks ; Full Time Full Benefits, including RN student loan repayment option
Requirements
- Training or Associate's Degree
- 1 year of experience
- Registered Nurse with the MN Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc, Red Cross or MTN) Upon Hire

Responsibilities
- Oversees Resident-Centered Care
- Ensures Clinical Compliance
- Manages nursing department budget
- Provides leadership and general oversight of the nursing department
- Leads and/or Performs Coordination of Resident Care
- Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
