About The Position

The Pillars of Mankato provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments for seniors in a specially designed community. We incorporate the seven components of wellness (emotional, physical, intellectual, spiritual, social, environmental, and occupational) into our 118 units that make up The Pillars. Located near US 14 and 169's crossroads, our community has a bus that residents can ride for our outings. The Director of Health Services (RN) is responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of the provision of nursing services while ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence. This position is ultimately responsible for 24/7 oversight of nursing operations and care. The schedule includes; 80 hours every two weeks ; Full Time Weekends as needed Full Benefits including RN student loan repayment option.

Requirements

Training or Associate's Degree
1 year of experience
Registered Nurse with the MN Board of Nursing
Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc, Red Cross or MTN) Upon Hire

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience

Responsibilities

Oversees Resident-Centered Care
Ensures Clinical Compliance
Manages nursing department budget
Provides leadership and general oversight of the nursing department
Leads and/or Performs Coordination of Resident Care
Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
