Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
• Graduate of National League for Nursing-accredited school of nursing.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in home health care.
• Comply with accepted professional standards and practice.
• Complies and maintains current CPR certification.
• Proficient in Computers, Microsoft, EMR and Technology.
• Knowledge of governmental regulations and ACHC standards.

Nice To Haves

• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term therapeutic goals, setting priorities, and developing care plans.
• Conducts quarterly record reviews and communicates findings and recommendations to the Administrator.
• Assists in the screening and interviewing process of new employees.
• Participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of in-service and continuing education programs.
• Assists in the formulation, revision, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures, as well as strategic goals and objectives.
• Promotes the usage of EMR systems.
• Monitors and promotes appropriate visit utilization.
• Performs other duties and activities as delegated by the Administrator.
