About The Position

EliseAI is hiring a Director of GTM Partnerships to join our team. In this role, you’ll own revenue from signed partners—driving activation, enablement, and co-selling to maximize partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Partnerships will continue to handle sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation; you’ll take the lead from late-stage negotiation through activation, joint plays, co-selling, and expansion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a mid-market or enterprise GTM motion, either as: A sales rep or sales manager, or A GTM generalist, such as a former consultant or operator with a background in GTM strategy & operations (Direct partnerships, alliances, or channel experience is a plus, not required)
  • Executive presence with both startup and enterprise partners
  • Strong, proven problem-solving skills
  • Direct and clear communicator, both written and verbal; not afraid to speak up
  • Organized and self-starter
  • Fast at execution — doesn’t let perfect be the enemy of good
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive — looking for creative ways to make the team better
  • Willingness to work in person at our NYC office 4–5 days a week

  • PropTech experience, integrations/API familiarity

Responsibilities

  • Develop Go-To-Market Strategies unique to each channel partner that drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Work with Sales team to drive sales within each channel partnership
  • Co-author Joint Marketing Plans (plays, ICPs, offers), launch enablement, and stand up measurement (SFDC Partner object, attribution hygiene)
  • Drive AE trainings, deal routing, exec mapping, and weekly forecast; unblock legal/security with Partnerships as needed
  • Coordinate campaigns, events, and content with Partner Marketing; track opps → meetings → proposals → wins
  • Run quarterly reviews on revenue, win/loss, next-play roadmap; identify cross-sell into new regions/products
