The Role We are hiring a Director of Growth Strategy to help evolve our Customer Success organization toward a more intentional, value-driven expansion motion. This is a commercial–customer success hybrid role for someone who has operated at the intersection of account strategy, renewals, and growth—but prefers influence and leverage over carrying a personal quota. The role is strategic and hands-on, focused on strengthening commercial rigor, value storytelling, and consultative account leadership across our CS team. You will partner closely with CS leaders, managers, and senior CSMs to move the organization from reactive support to proactive, outcome-driven engagement—supporting renewals, expansion readiness, and complex customer conversations. How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision Customer Success plays a critical role in protecting and growing revenue. This role exists to ensure growth is achieved thoughtfully—grounded in real customer outcomes, strong value narratives, and clear account strategy—while maintaining trust and long-term partnerships.
