The Director of Grants and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) provides strategic leadership, fiscal oversight, and operational coordination for district grant-funded initiatives (excluding Title III and IDEA) and MTSS programming. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations while maximizing the impact of grant resources to improve academic achievement and access to support for all students. The Director is responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of federal grants—including Title I, Title II, Title IV, and 21st Century Community Learning Centers—and serves as the district lead for MTSS, including academic interventions, early childhood supports, McKinney-Vento services, parent and family engagement, and private school consultation. The Director of Grants and MTSS reports directly to the Superintendent of Schools.
