About The Position

The Director of Global HR Operations provides enterprise-wide leadership across multiple HR operational teams, with full people management responsibility for senior managers and managers. Oversight includes HR Technology, HR Data, HR Services, and the Service Missionary Office. This role partners closely with Human Resource Department leadership, area and department leaders, global HR teams, Centers of Excellence (COEs), Global Workforce Communications, and legal counsel to define and deliver HR operations that effectively support the organization’s global mission and diverse, mixed workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 15 years industry-related experience
  • 10 years people management experience
  • Deep strategic and HR operational knowledge
  • Familiarity with best practices of HR functions
  • Key skills and core competencies include the ability to: o Lead multi-level teams o Coach and develop employees o Provide exceptional customer service to a large and diverse customer base o Continuously improve, innovate, and create a culture of quality management and customer responsiveness o Use data, analytics, and forecasting o Drive Talent Management strategy through forward thinking, awareness of industry trends, and internal customer needs o Proactively shape new solutions to meet evolving business needs o Connect business needs with financial implications through a strong financial aptitude o Build relationships o Consult with business leaders o Think strategically and systematically to solve complex problems o Develop and implement short to long term business strategies o Lead and implement organizational change o Communicate effectively in writing and verbally through influence and compromise o Utilize deep strategic and Human Resource operational knowledge o Think globally o Diagnose and scope complex work o Leverage a mixed workforce to add value to the organization o Collaborate with and influence others
  • To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for extended periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment.

  • Timekeeping exception processes, reporting, administration, and issue resolution

  • Salary survey data submission
  • FTE vacancy process management, including returning vacancies to BAC
  • Global background check administration and vendor partnership
  • Quality of hire survey administration
  • Administration and guidance related to special pay and allowances (geographic, regional, and other pay practices)
