About The Position

The Director of Food & Beverage is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all dining operations across the resort, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and pool service. This position drives the strategic vision, financial performance, and guest experience for the entire Food & Beverage division, ensuring alignment with Omni’s luxury service standards and resort objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel or resort
  • Strong financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, cost control)
  • Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in a high-volume environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with banquet and event operations preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the General Manager and executive team to develop and execute the Food & Beverage strategy
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and associates to build a high-performing team
  • Foster a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and accountability
  • Oversee all F&B outlets including restaurants, lounges, banquets, and in-room dining
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through quality, consistency, and innovation
  • Maintain Omni brand standards across all service and culinary offerings
  • Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls (labor, food, beverage)
  • Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Monitor inventory, purchasing, and expense management to meet financial goals
  • Drive elevated dining experiences aligned with a luxury resort environment
  • Address guest feedback and continuously improve service delivery
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development and concept innovation
  • Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Develop SOPs, training programs, and operational procedures
