The Director of Food and Beverage at Spectrum Retirement Communities is responsible for creating a superlative dining experience for residents. This role involves recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and educating staff, maintaining department records, performing administrative functions, and establishing and directing general kitchen and dining room sanitation procedures. The Director will also coordinate with the community leadership team for special functions or resident needs and ensure compliance with all state, local, and federal rules, regulations, and licensing requirements related to health, safety (OSHA), and general operations of the Food & Beverage Department.
