About The Position

As Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll lead all dining and beverage operations across the hotel—driving quality, service excellence, and profitability while creating standout guest experiences.

Requirements

2+ years as a Director of Food & Beverage or F&B leader in a multi‑outlet hotel
Strong knowledge of FOOD & BEVERAGE operations, SOPs, service standards, and quality control
Proven success managing budgets, P&Ls, and revenues
Skilled, hands‑on leader who develops teams and inspires performance
Solid supervisory experience within a hotel environment
Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on‑call
Comfortable with the physical demands of a fast-paced hospitality role
Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills (MS Office & brand systems)
Energetic, self‑motivated leader with a strong work ethic
Background in liquor, wine, and food service required

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Support operational needs and emergencies as they arise
