Responsibilities

  • Inspire and lead a high‑performing team to craft and execute elevated dining experiences across all outlets
  • Partner closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, cost control, pricing strategy, and product success
  • Drive innovation in cuisine, service standards, and personalized guest experiences
  • Conduct ongoing training to strengthen leadership capabilities and service expertise
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings to align goals, communication, and performance
  • Select, train, schedule, and mentor managers in alignment with hotel standards and policies
  • Build and manage departmental budgets with precision and accountability
