Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive F&B/hospitality leadership (multi-unit or corporate)
- Proven success in team leadership, financial management, and operational excellence
- Passion for hospitality, innovation, and guest satisfaction
- Strong communicator, collaborator, and hands-on leader
Responsibilities
- Oversee all F&B operations (wineries, restaurants, tasting rooms, retail)
- Set strategy, manage budgets, and drive financial performance
- Lead and mentor Culinary, Restaurant, and Beverage Managers
- Innovate menus and elevate guest experiences
- Ensure operational consistency, quality, and compliance across all venues
