As our Director of Food and Beverage, you will be accountable for managing day-to-day Food and Beverage operations in our hotel while ensuring that all of the food and drinks are of the highest quality and keeping within budget. This position must have flexible scheduling availability, with a primary focus on overseeing restaurant and bar operations during evening hours.
