The Oasis at Death Valley is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead all culinary and beverage services across our historic Inn and family-friendly Ranch, including multiple restaurants, bars, and unique venues like the 1849 Buffet, Last Kind Words Saloon, and Wild Rose Tavern. This role partners closely with resort leadership, suppliers, and event teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences—from daily dining to unforgettable weddings and special events. The Details: Position Type: Year Round Housing: Employee housing provided free of charge Salary Range: $84,760-$107,100 Schedule: Typical schedule is 45 hours, 5 days/per week (will include weekends, evenings, and holidays) Life at the Oasis: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are complimentary at any outlet, immediate family members and one guest.
