The stadium hosts Commanders home games, major concerts, and large-scale events, offering a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a strong focus on guest experience and premium hospitality. Lead the engine that powers unforgettable guest experiences. The Director of Operations will oversee and elevate all day-to-day operational functions at Northwest Stadium, ensuring seamless execution of events, operational excellence, and alignment with Levy standards. This role will partner closely with venue leadership to drive efficiency, safety, and exceptional service while supporting strategic and financial objectives.
