About The Position

An energetic team player who is detail oriented, has a strong work ethic and cheerful, professional demeanor. This person must work well in a fast-paced environment, be service oriented and above all a problem solver. The Director of First Impressions represents the school in all facets of client services, which may include, but are not limited to: greeting clients, answering the telephone, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining client records and coordinating patient flow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist students, prospective students, visitors, and staff in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area
  • Provide general information about programs, departments, and campus services, directing inquiries as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Monitor and maintain visitor logs, ensuring proper check-in/check-out procedures
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and student support
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
