What We Do Director of First Impressions Serve as the welcoming face and voice of the organization, creating a positive and professional first impression for all visitors and callers. Manage a multi-line phone system, efficiently routing incoming calls to the appropriate team members while maintaining excellent customer service. Provide front-office support by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
