About The Position

Buck Wealth Management located in Denver, CO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Director of Financial Planning & Development . In this role you will educate prospective clients in-person and virtually workshops and educational events as well as monthly Breakfast Club and Lunch-and-Learn webinars. The Director of Financial Planning & Development will develop and deliver training programs for new and existing Private Wealth Planners and New Business Developers within our firm. In addition, the Director of Financial Planning & Development will coach and mentor Planners and New Business Developers at E.A. Buck and FBMS working closely with them to achieve and maintain quarterly and annual sales goals and viable intro conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Train FBMS and E.A. Buck Advisors in-person and virtually on a variety of topics including EPIC planning, EPIC onboarding, EPIC cultivation, and support software
  • NAT Fast-Track – New Advisor Training (NAT) program - coordinate with Regional Vice Presidents and organize and facilitate 90-Day Fast Track Program for new Advisor onboarding
  • Continuous Improvement – Stay abreast of new developments internal and external to our company, and periodically update and improve our educational curriculum, collateral and resources
  • Professional Improvement – Engage in activities to foster ongoing professional development and improvement.
  • Licensing – Maintain all licenses and credentials required to serve clients as an Advisor
  • Continuing Education – Complete all required continuing education
  • Host weekly mentoring and coaching sessions with the planners (1 hour mentoring, 1 hour coaching, and 1 hour developing of New Business Developers)
  • Create coaching and mentoring material and maintain up to date content for the coaching and mentoring program
  • Participate in the weekly planners meeting with coaching, mentoring, and accountability areas of focus
  • Track KPI’s for the various regions and support RVPs in leading their respective teams
