Our world-class faculty and students work across subject areas to investigate and solve real-world problems. We are seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This role provides strategic financial leadership and operational oversight for the Dietrich College of Humanities and Social Sciences. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Finance and Chief Business Officer, the Director serves as a key strategic partner to the Dean, Associate Dean of Finance and Chief Business Officer and college leadership, providing financial insight and scenario analysis to shape and guide resource allocation and long-term planning. The position is also responsible for the strategic and day-to-day oversight of the college's financial planning, analysis, and budgeting functions. This role also plays a critical role in aligning financial strategy with the college's academic and research mission aligned with institutional priorities. The Director leads the development of the college's multi-year operating and capital budgets, manages forecasting and financial performance analysis, and provides data-driven insights to inform senior leadership decision-making. Serving as a strategic business partner within the Dean's Office, the Director assesses and advises on the financial implications of key business decisions, strategic initiatives, and long-term goals.
