About The Position

We are seeking a Director of FP&A to serve as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership. This role will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across a growing, internationally distributed organization.
This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful influence on company-wide decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience supporting multi-entity or international operations
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Strong communication skills with executive-level stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Experience in VC-backed or high-growth environments
• Exposure to education, travel, or international programs
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar systems

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning
• Analyze monthly and quarterly P&L performance across multiple entities and regions
• Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to track performance against goals
• Partner closely with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, and budgets
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, automation, and scalability
