Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations with accuracy and integrity
- Lead budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Support program leaders to ensure resources strengthen services
- Supervisor and mentor Business Office staff

- Contribute to strategic planning that advances our mission
