Director of Finance Transformation Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the financial lead for the consolidation system implementation project, overseeing design implications for financial data. Manage the implementation of the consolidation tool in support of the budget cycle, including building forecast templates and reporting outputs, in collaboration with system vendors. Act as a key member of the ERP implementation project by: Ensuring integrity and consistency of data migration from multiple ledgers to a standardized chart of accounts. Developing standardized reporting tools to support business and corporate strategies. Designing and implementing standardized close procedures and policies. Creating and delivering training programs for finance team members. Partner with IT to manage the analytics environment and serve as system administrator during implementation and stabilization phases. Develop standardized systems and reporting tools for managing overhead expenses, cost centers, and balance sheet analyses. Design templates and data infrastructure to support market model management within BI environments. Assist operating finance teams in assessing and redesigning local and back-office processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Communicate complex technical information effectively to audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency. Supervisory Responsibilities Oversee team operations in compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, performance management, and issue resolution.
