What we offer: Competitive salary and bonus plan Paid vacation/holidays/sick time Comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical, dental, and vision care On the job/cross training opportunities Encouraging and collaborative team environment Dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy What you will do: The Director Global Finance Transformation leads strategic initiatives to optimize & modernize processes, systems, and technology platforms across the Finance organization This role collaborates closely with the Finance Functions and other key stakeholders to drive simplification, efficiency, automation, and digital innovation across the finance organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality insurance, compliance standards and improve customer experience How you will do it: Develop and execute a multi-year finance transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy Oversee implementation of advanced (GenAi) technologies to drive automation, predictive analytics and overall speed to financial insight Codesign / redesign core finance processes to achieve qualitative & quantitative benefits Lead organizational change management and ensure adoption across stakeholders Establish / improve governance frameworks for transformation projects, including KPIs and risk management Build and mentor a high-performing team of (digital) finance transformation & Continuous Improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT with an MBA or CPA
- 15+ years of experience in finance – operations, accounting, controllership, transformation and/or technology leadership
- Strong knowledge / savviness of ERP systems, cloud platforms, (gen)Ai applications and data analytics tools
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects
