Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Finance and Building Operations provides strategic oversight and completes day to day operations in the areas of financial management, planning, budgeting, analysis, auditing, accounting, controls, risk management,reporting, facilities management, and building operations. This role ensures the financial health, operational stability, and facility readiness of the organization in service of BBBSTC’s mission. This position will also work closely with and at times take direction from the Board of Directors and Finance Committee to lead organizational projects pertaining to finance. As a member of the Leadership Team, this role plays a pivotal part in organizational decision-making, cross-departmental planning, and Board engagement—bringing a strategic lens to financial stewardship, infrastructure investment, and risk management. The Director supervises the Finance and Building Operations Coordinator and ensures that the agency’s physical space, systems, and vendor relationships support staff productivity, safety, and long-term sustainability. The candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, accountability, high performance, and strong attention to detail, along with the ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear guidance for leadership, staff, and the Board.
