The Director of Finance FQHC & Grant Compliance is responsible for effectively managing and administering all financial and business development activities for the respective organization. The Director of Finance FQHC & Grant Compliance has an in-depth knowledge of fiscal and business operations, contract negotiations, market trends, industry standards and business development. The Director effectively manages all financial activities including all reporting and budgeting by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of information from a practice management perspective. Position also coordinates all Financial Audits. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
