About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Director of Field Marketing to lead and oversee our Retail and Shows & Events channels. This role is responsible for driving scalable, high-quality lead generation that directly fuels revenue growth and profitability. The Director will own performance strategy, operational execution, and financial oversight for field marketing initiatives. Success in this role is measured by net issued leads, appointment quality, conversion outcomes, and cost per lead performance. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and a hands-on operator who can build disciplined systems, develop strong leaders, and deliver predictable results across markets. Requirements

  • Proven experience in field marketing or shows/events/retail with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and meeting or exceeding lead generation goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance long-term planning and day-to-day execution.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events or canvassing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Increase and manage the pipeline of retail and event locations
  • Oversee the retail and events marketing department across all company locations and manage the lead generation program at various events and retail partners
  • Hire, train, and manage the retail and events marketing team
  • Create, implement, and execute an integrated marketing strategy to support the company’s revenue goals across multiple locations
  • Manage marketing vendors and third-party relationships
  • Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to the leadership team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth
  • Oversee retail and event marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Oversee all operations and ensure that events run smoothly, including troubleshooting any problems that arise
  • Oversee all logistics to include staff scheduling, setup and tear down, goal setting, and post-event analysis
  • Manage retail partner expectations and work with retail team to achieve store-level lead generation metrics
  • Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
  • The ability to develop your team and leaders in the field, leading by example
