The Director of Facilities is to lead the Facilities teams by demonstrating the importance of their roles while holding paramount the health, safety, and welfare of the residents and staff always. Responsibilities include performing a wide range of operational tasks and applying facilities management knowledge which plays a crucial role in the overall health of physical assets. To achieve this level of responsibility, the Director of Facilities must ensure that all facilities standards are well known and enforced by staff.
