The Archway is seeking a Director of Facilities The Director of Facilities is an essential part of the agency team. The position will oversee all aspects of building and maintenance of agency properties. This leadership role is responsible for supervising a team of facility managers and maintenance employees. The role is responsible for managing routine and emergency repairs, coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and accessibility standards, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff. The Director will also work closely with other departments to support the agency's facility needs.
