Requirements
- Highschool Degree or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management a plus
- 10+ years in multi-site Facilities Maintenance as vendor, vendor aggregator or client.
- 5+ years in experience leading teams. Multi-level teams a +, teams 20+ in size a plus.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skill’s
- High level of financial Acumen
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
