About The Position

Director of Facial Plastics Midwest Facial Plastic Surgery & FACE Cosmetic Skincare – A Division of Midwest ENT Location: Minnesota | Full-Time Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for excellence in cosmetic and reconstructive care? Do you thrive on building strategies, leading teams, and driving business growth? Join Midwest Facial Plastic Surgery & FACE Cosmetic Skincare, Minnesota’s premier provider of cosmetic and reconstructive care for the face, as our Director of Facial Plastics (FP). In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the primary business leader for our Facial Plastics Division, encompassing aesthetician services, retail product sales, and physician & injector services. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Physician & Executive leadership to craft and execute innovative growth strategies while managing the financial and operational success of the division.

Requirements

  • Proven business leadership experience, particularly in healthcare, cosmetics, or related industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills with a track record of driving growth and operational success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • A commitment to excellence in customer care and team leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Sales, or a related field required.
  • 2-4 years of retail and/or sales experience, preferably within the beauty, health care, plastic surgery market or another service-oriented industry required.
  • 3+ years of management experience preferred.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the Future: Develop growth strategies to expand physician-related products and services, crafting a visionary plan for the division’s continued success.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations and lead the successful execution of growth initiatives and projects.
  • Build Partnerships: Cultivate strategic alliances and relationships with organizations that align with and enhance our business model.
  • Elevate the Client Experience: Ensure exceptional customer care by actively managing and refining the client journey within the division.
  • Lead the Team: Supervise, mentor, and schedule aesthetician, front desk, and surgery scheduling staff to maximize performance.
  • Ensure Financial Success: Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to develop and maintain the division’s annual budget, driving net income growth.
  • Amplify Brand Awareness: Partner with the Marketing Department to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns that enhance our brand.
