  • Experience managing large-scale conferences, partner events, and executive summits.
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in event performance measurement and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ownership: Develop and execute a comprehensive events and field marketing strategy aligned with company goals and pipeline objectives.
  • Event Planning & Management: Lead the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of conferences, trade shows, and field marketing programs.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to craft compelling, technically accurate event messaging, signage, and presentations tailored to highly technical audiences.
  • Audience Engagement: Understand complex technical concepts in enterprise AI and translate them into differentiated marketing experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to ensure consistent messaging and clear ROI measurement across all events.
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and oversee contractors to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report event performance, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and post-event ROI. Use insights to refine future programs.
  • Field Marketing Programs: Curate and maintain the annual calendar of field marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional sales priorities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to key events and conferences as needed (approximately 25-40%).
