Requirements

• Experience in documentation-heavy roles (paralegal, financial, compliance) preferred
• Values precision, completion and client confidence
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage processes end-to-end
• Attentive to detail and effective communicator
• Driven by performance-based compensation and independent work environment

• Enjoy guiding clients step-by-step through structured processes

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships
• Accessing and contacting over 200 + existing client households
• Guiding clients through the Wealth.com process
• Managing timelines and ensuring completion of plans
• Coordinating signing and document execution
• Preparing concise summaries for advisor review
• Maintain accurate records and workflow using CRM
• Stay current on insurance regulations, products and industry trends
