About The Position

AI Platform Architecture, Design and Development Develop resilient, scalable, and high-performance platform and tools to support product evolution and seamless production deployment. Architect agent orchestration solutions aligned with customer requirements, ensuring timely implementation and delivery. Platform Observability & Monitoring Spearhead AI governance measures , ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g,. GDPR , HIPAA) Define and manage AI Guardrails to ensure the AI workflows and agents operate to required standards defined Define and manage security and privacy protocols , ensuring customer data is protected throughout the agent lifecycle , mitigating risks and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations Performance Monitoring & Optimization Continuously monitor AI workflows and pipelines, identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing solutions to optimize query execution, data retrieval, and processing time. Improve Agent provisioning reducing processing time and increasing adherence to SLAs, ensuring high performance across large datasets. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Lead and execute technical POCs for agentic AI solutions, showcasing the value and potential of the platform. This involves collaborating closely with customer stakeholders to define success criteria, designing and implementing bespoke agent configurations, and demonstrating quantifiable business impact Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and development teams to ensure data solutions meet strategic goals and technical requirements. Advocate Agentic AI best practices, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization by educating stakeholders on how to build ,deploy and orchestrate agents using Photon AI Platform Strategic Planning & Innovation Play a key role in shaping the organization’s long-term AI Platform strategy Stay up to date with emerging data technologies (e.g., AI/ML, cloud, big data) and integrate innovative solutions that drive business efficiency Leadership & Mentorship Provide leadership to cross-functional teams of data engineers, architects, and business analysts. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment. Ensure adherence to AI best practices, promoting the use of standardized methodologies across projects. Documentation & Reporting Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of AI architectures, models, and processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and alignment across teams. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on the Platform quality metrics, compliance status, and performance improvements.
