The Customer Success team is rapidly expanding across London and San Francisco. This role is for a Director, Engagement to lead the US SMB & MM post-sales motion, building exceptional teams, driving customer value, and owning revenue outcomes. The successful candidate will inherit a team of 4 CSMs, scale it to 8-10 by year-end, and manage the full Mid-Market and SMB CS motion in the US, focusing on recruiting and developing talent, establishing operating rhythms, and achieving NRR & GRR targets. This role is ideal for a builder with commercial acumen who believes in the power of AI for modern CS teams.
