What You’ll Lead: Complex Electrical & Infrastructure Design Lead the design and delivery of complex electrical systems across a range of project types Provide technical oversight on: Power distribution systems (medium & high voltage) Central plant and campus infrastructure Emergency and backup power systems Mission-critical and resilient electrical systems Ensure designs meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and complianc Leadership & Execution Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing electrical engineering team Drive clear, decisive project execution across multiple concurrent projects Maintain accountability for quality, delivery, and team performance Client & Project Leadership Act as a senior point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships Lead project discussions, presentations, and strategic engagements Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions What We’re Looking For:

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license is essential
Minimum 20 years of direct, relevant electrical engineering experience
Proven experience in healthcare and life-critical infrastructure environments
In-depth knowledge of complex power systems, including: High-voltage distribution, Campus-scale infrastructure, Central plant systems, Mission-critical electrical design
A track record of leading teams and delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects
Strong client-facing capability with the ability to communicate clearly and lead with confidence
Decisive and execution-focused
