We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Director of Education to lead our school program within a supportive residential treatment setting providing 24-hour treatment in a non-traditional school year. In this role, you’ll guide a dedicated team of educators, shape high-quality instruction, and ensure students receive individualized academic and behavioral support in an asynchronized learning environment. You’ll be an active and present leader who collaborates daily with clinical and residential staff to promote continuity of care. Beyond the meaningful impact you’ll make with students, employment at The Barry Robinson Center is an opportunity to join a mission-driven, student-centered organization where your voice, expertise, and leadership truly matters. You’ll work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, help strengthen educational practices, and be part of ongoing improvements that elevate the overall learning experience. If you’re a supportive, team-focused leader who values connection, innovation, and purpose-driven work, you’ll thrive here. Qualities for Success at the Barry Robinson Center In conversations with our residents, they shared the qualities they value most in the staff who support them. They also highlighted the importance of team members who remain calm and level-headed under pressure, helping them feel safe and supported. Our residents value professionalism and trustworthiness, which create a foundation of respect and reliability. Finally, they shared that staff who show consistency, dedication, and follow-through make a meaningful difference in their day-to-day experience.
