About The Position

As Director of E-Commerce, you’ll drive the digital growth of one of the industry’s most trusted nutritional supplement brands. You’ll lead marketplace, direct-to-consumer, and omnichannel strategies with innovation, precision, and an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of all US e-commerce channels—including Amazon, major marketplace partners, and our direct-to-consumer platform. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to deliver a premium, brand-aligned online experience and achieve ambitious goals for revenue, profitability, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing the customer journey, and leading cross-functional teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) and 5+ years progressive experience leading e-commerce for consumer brands, ideally in supplements or wellness.
  • Proven success owning and scaling DTC and Amazon businesses with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong command of digital marketing, analytics, and performance media including Shopify Plus, CRM platforms, Amazon Brand Analytics, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience developing and executing AI-driven strategies to enhance business performance.
  • A strategic, data-driven leader skilled in cross-functional collaboration, agency management, and delivering measurable results.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong organization, critical thinking, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set and drive the e-commerce strategy across Amazon, key marketplaces, and DTC to deliver profitable revenue growth and a premium brand experience.
  • Lead digital performance through SEO and SEM, content optimization, reviews, advertising, and conversion-focused initiatives.
  • Own the full P&L including forecasting, budgeting, KPI analysis, and data-driven decision-making that strengthens profitability.
  • Manage and optimize DTC platform (site experience, conversion, merchandising, promotions.
  • Partner with Marketing and agency partners to drive acquisition, retention and lifecycle performance
  • Build strong partnerships by leading a high-performing team and collaborating across Sales, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and agency partners.
