Founded in 2018 in Brooklyn, New York we have expanded nationwide, opening our Los Angeles office in 2021 and building a reputation for elevating brands through creative retail, marketing, and distribution strategies. While Lux 18 operates behind the scenes, our impact is visible across the marketplace—from the digital shelf to in-store retail environments. We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Director of E-Commerce & Digital Strategy to lead Lux 18’s digital commerce ecosystem and drive the next phase of growth. This role will own the transition from a marketplace-focused model to a true direct-to-consumer strategy. This position will oversee all current e-commerce processes and manage the day-to-day work executed by our E-Commerce Manager. You will set the digital roadmap, identify revenue opportunities, lead marketplace and owned-site strategy, and build a scalable digital infrastructure that supports the company’s long-term vision.
