About The Position

The Director of Dining Services I will lead an exclusive, luxury dining, catering, and hospitality program within a prestigious law firm in Miami, FL. This role oversees a fully subsidized, high-touch account featuring a refined café and elevated catering for executive meetings and high-profile events. The ideal candidate embodies polished hospitality, exceptional attention to detail, and a white-glove service mindset.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry as a Director, General Manager or similar level management roles
  • Fluent bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, high-end catering, or upscale corporate dining
  • Strong financial and operational acumen with experience managing subsidized accounts
  • Exceptionally professional, articulate, and client-facing demeanor
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in high-expectation, service-driven environments
  • Meticulous attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Candidates should reside in Florida; however, out-of-state candidates will be considered

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting executive-level and VIP catering preferred
  • Experience in country clubs, fine dining restaurants, boutique hotels, law firms, financial services, or other elite corporate environments strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a luxury hospitality experience across café, dining operations, and high-end catering operations
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 9 employees (7 hourly, 1 salaried) to uphold premium service standards
  • Ensure impeccable food quality, presentation, and guest experience at all times
  • Oversee high-end catering execution for executive meetings, client events, and firm functions
  • Maintain a pristine, sophisticated environment aligned with a professional law firm setting
  • Manage financial performance of a fully subsidized account, including cost controls and forecasting
  • Conduct and submit daily operational audits and detailed checklists to the client
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with firm leadership through proactive and polished communication
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
