Come grow your career with Eurest.Job Summary As the Director of Dining Services, you will lead and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑profile corporate dining account supporting Raytheon. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace dining experience while driving operational excellence, strong client partnerships, and high‑quality food service. You will provide strategic and hands‑on leadership to a team of associates, ensuring service standards, operational consistency, and employee engagement are met at all times. Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, you will build trusted relationships while ensuring the culinary and service offerings consistently exceed expectations. In addition to overall account leadership, you will be responsible for the following:

Requirements

  • Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing a budget

Nice To Haves

  • BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
  • Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
  • Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • Roll out new culinary programs
