Come grow your career with Eurest.Job Summary The Director of Catering serves as the primary point of contact for all catered and special events on campus, partnering closely with campus administrators and on‑site meeting planners to design and execute exceptional, high‑touch event experiences. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and delivery of events while maintaining strong client relationships and a high level of service. The position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a key role in supporting overall account success. Candidates with a foundation in catering sales are strongly preferred, as the role involves client engagement, relationship building, and identifying opportunities to enhance event offerings and drive catering growth. Experience within a corporate dining environment or a luxury hotel setting is also highly preferred.
