About The Position

We seek a Director of Digital Transformation & Enterprise Systems to design and implement our next-generation internal systems — unifying automation, data intelligence, and compliance across all functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in global companies.
  • High familiarity with global tool stacks such as Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Oracle, etc.
  • Engineering background with hands-on experience in AI initiatives in recent years.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating asynchronously.
  • Strong communication skills with empathy.
  • Adaptive, collaborative, and proactive in driving outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute Plaud AI’s enterprise-wide AI integration roadmap, connecting Finance, HR, Operations, and Product systems.
  • Design and deploy scalable, secure, and compliant AI-driven workflows that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
  • Lead data and systems integration, creating unified models for analytics, reporting, and automation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and deliver high-impact AI automation use cases that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Establish AI governance and best practices for responsible and efficient adoption across global teams.
