About The Position

We are looking for a Director of Digital Sales and Channel Growth to lead exactly that. This role is for a strong communicator and builder who can turn outreach into engagement, opportunity, and long-term partner growth across our Americas reseller network. The Director of Digital Sales and Channel Growth will lead an inside sales and digital engagement function focused on accelerating revenue, improving partner experience, and scaling demand generation across the Americas. This role oversees digital outreach, campaign execution, lead management, follow-up, and post-launch adoption to improve conversion, protect baseline revenue, and better support channel partners. This leader will also build a modern multimedia outreach capability using video, email, web, webinars, and social content to engage a broad account base. The role serves as both a revenue leader and channel advocate by identifying friction points, driving cross-functional action, and helping make the business easier to work with.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in inside sales, digital sales, channel sales, demand generation, sales operations, commercial leadership, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading quota-bearing teams and building repeatable revenue motions
  • Strong background in lead management, pipeline development, campaign execution, and partner or channel engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to build digital outreach programs that support sales and revenue growth
  • Experience creating or leading business-facing multimedia communication such as video, webinar, email, web, or social content
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including comfort appearing on camera and guiding others to do the same
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, operations, product, and technical teams
  • Strong analytical and operational skills, with experience building KPIs, dashboards, and team cadences
  • CRM experience required

  • Experience in B2B, channel-led, technology, AV, pro audio, systems, or SaaS-oriented environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a quota-bearing digital sales team responsible for pipeline creation, lead follow-up, transaction conversion, post-launch adoption, repeat business, and long-tail account coverage across the Americas
  • Develop repeatable digital sales motions that turn awareness into qualified opportunities and revenue
  • Improve reorder activity, replenishment, quote follow-up, and stalled-deal recovery to protect and grow baseline revenue
  • Lead the creation of partner- and customer-facing content, including short videos, emails, webinars, landing pages, web content, and social media assets
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Technical teams to turn launches, sales plays, partner needs, and field insights into content that drives action
  • Identify recurring partner friction points, support gaps, competitive pressures, and operational barriers
  • Work closely with Sales Territory Managers, Operations, Marketing, Product Management, and Technical teams to improve responsiveness, clarify offers, strengthen follow-up, and remove friction from the customer journey
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and team rhythms so the function operates as a disciplined commercial engine
  • Support Company objectives by completing additional tasks as needed.
