About The Position

The Director of Digital Revenue and Experience at Okuma America Corporation is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital revenue streams across the organization. This role oversees digital monetization initiatives, including advertising, subscriptions, e-commerce, and partnerships, with a focus on driving sustainable growth and profitability. The Director collaborates with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, sales, and analytics to align digital revenue strategies with broader business goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in digital revenue, digital marketing, or media monetization, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • History of initiative and innovation
  • Ability to take ownership of assignments and see them through to completion
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple project simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn new process/ systems as required by business
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic, direct, and native advertising.
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and revenue reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with subscription models, paywalls, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional listening skills
  • Exceptional ability to speak and write effectively in a business environment
  • Exceptional ability to ask necessary questions
  • Designing and developing enterprise-wide data analysis and reporting solutions
  • Reviewing and analyzing data from multiple internal and external sources

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital revenue strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and grow new digital monetization opportunities, including programmatic advertising, direct sales, affiliate marketing, and digital subscriptions.
  • Lead pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for digital products and services.
  • Analyze performance metrics and customer behavior to optimize revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance digital platforms for monetization.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and advertising networks.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for digital revenue streams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
