About The Position

The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for lead generation, paid and organic channel execution, and ownership of all digital touchpoints that customers have with GBG. Leading a team of paid media, website, SEO, and other experts, this role is a key revenue driver for the business, delivering scalable, always-on marketing engagement and supporting campaigns with the broader marketing team.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive results from digital channels, especially from an enterprise target audience
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, or similar technologies
  • Expertise in account-based marketing tactics using digital channels
  • Ability to optimize a discretionary marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to support the go to market team’s objectives

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of digital marketers, as well as website managers and external agency support, to run paid media, website optimization, SEO, and other lead generation efforts
  • Act as the primary owner of the company’s website, with an eye towards both the optimal customer experience and supporting the needs of the marketing team
  • Build a consistent and scalable performance engine for global growth campaigns, and support regional activities
  • Craft and enable a segmented buying journey that accelerates pipeline from GBG’s core verticals and personas
  • Measure KPIs and performance to pipeline, revenue, and campaign goals, as well as ROI from marketing activities
