About the team and role Performance Marketing The Performance Marketing team at GBG has a global remit to deliver pipeline and revenue for the business. The team consists of digital marketing functions, campaign managers, partner marketing, and customer lifecycle management. Performance Marketing leads campaigns with the support of the broader marketing team, and they create scalable growth for the business. Director of Digital Marketing The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for lead generation, paid and organic channel execution, and ownership of all digital touchpoints that customers have with GBG. Leading a team of paid media, website, SEO, and other experts, this role is a key revenue driver for the business, delivering scalable, always-on marketing engagement and supporting campaigns with the broader marketing team.
